Who Will Get Alex's Final Rose On 'The Bachelor'?
Girls Will Meet His Parents, Sisters
The 31-year-old management consultant from San Francisco who was educated at Harvard and Stanford has taken the task of finding a potential wife seriously from the first episode.
In interviews, Alex has even tried to convey that he is serious about picking a potential mate.
Initially, the show promoters said that the show would end with the possibility of an engagement. Alex concurred on Thursday's "Good Morning America."
"It became very, very real and more intense than I ever thought," he told GMA's Diane Sawyer.
He added that that there is chance that he may even propose.
"It's amazing how well I knew these women ... I basically have two girlfriends that I have very strong feelings for. Even though it was only six weeks, it was a real courtship," he said.
Amanda, who is from a small town in Kansas, said that she isn't sure if Trista is genuine in an interview on "The Bachelor's" official Web site.
"She's nice, but it always seems like she is trying to put on a show," Amanda said.
Meanwhile, Trista, a Miami Heat cheerleader, in her interview said that she believes that Michel is "a great person on paper and in person."
"He's definitely worth giving up my life in Miami for," she said.
