Hundreds of skateboarders took to the streets of downtown Detroit Thursday to celebrate the international event Go Skateboarding day.
People also filled the windows of the empty projects where celebrities such as Diana Ross, Mary Wilson, Florence Ballard, Lily Tomlin, Etterlene DeBarge, and Smokey Robinson all once lived. The buildings were built back in 1952.
