Take Hold Of Your Finances This Week

Free Financial Seminar For 'Money Smart Week'

PORT HURON, Mich. -- In the spirit of Money Smart Week, the Community Action Agency, City of Port Huron and Michigan State University Extension will host a free financial seminar.

The seminar will run this Saturday, from 12:30 pm to 4 p.m. at the St. Clair County Administrative Office Building, Donald Dodge Auditorium, 200 Grand River Avenue, in Port Huron.

This event is aimed at those wanting to learn more about managing their finances, those facing foreclosure and for qualified new home buyers. Other resources available will be free money management, financial planning counseling, Home Links program and pre-purchase housing counseling.
