DETROIT -

Delta Dental climbs on board with the Children's ToothFairy Foundation mission as its Fall Educational Outreach Initiative is launched at a health fair Saturday at Southfield High School.

Lots of health related services are being offered to the public for free from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Children's ToothFairy Foundation, founded by  Local 4's Paula Tutman, will be on site to provide free dental care and oral health education to uninsured children.

With the help of dental and hygiene students from University Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry, CTFF will be conducting free dental screenings in which every parent will receive a detailed report on the State-of-the-Smile for their child.

Tooth brushing can be fun! Children will be able to participate in an oral health workshop that teaches them how to properly brush their teeth to avoid cavities.

Information on how to get an appointment for free dental care will also be available to parents.

All of Children's ToothFairy Foundation's services are free to any uninsured child up to the age of 17 in Michigan.

Every child who completes the fifteen minute oral health workshop will receive a special gift from Children's ToothFairy Foundation.  Parents must be present for all dental screenings.
