There are numerous restaurants across Metro Detroit, but voters have chosen their five favorite places to get a burger in this year's Vote 4 The Best contest.

Basement Burger Bar
Located in historical downtown Farmington, Basement Burger Bar tops the list of best burgers across Detroit. Offering juicy burgers and ice cold brews, the company says this place is great for lunch and a fun night out.
Local 4 viewers like Kenneth say Basement Burger Bar has the best turkey and black bean burgers in the Detroit area.
"I think it's the best burger in Michigan and I am from Germany," says Fabian. "In Germany, I never had such a good burger."
Basement Burger Bar allows customers to create and design their own burgers, selecting from tasty homemade sauces, cheeses and several toppings.

Miller's Bar is next on the list of best places to get burgers in Detroit.
Burgers are brought to your table on a square of waxed paper, in which customers can help themselves to pickles from a jar on the condiment tray, sliced onions, Swiss or Velveeta cheese and more.
Christine, who voted in this year's contest has been going to Miller's Bar for years and thinks it's still the best burger in town.
"I love the no menu or check idea," said Christine. "It still works on the honor system."
Fans say the bare-bone service and semi-divey atmosphere only enhances the growing Miller's mystique.

Mercury Burger and Bar
Corktown's Mercury Burger and Bar has a number of burgers to choose from on their menu. From the S.W. Detroit to the Eastern Market burger, viewers say this Detroit burger bar is a local favorite.
Voters agreed and Mercury Burger and Bar ranks third on the list of best burgers in Detroit.
"Wonderful place," says Wilma. "Great help, lots of smiles and best burgers in town."
One voter, Linda, even found a new love for turkey burgers, who disliked them before coming to Mercury Burger Bar.
"It takes two hours for me to dine at this wonderful place and it's worth every minute on the road," said Linda.
