Carmen's hat to be revealed Monday at 8 p.m.

DETROIT – Local 4 viewers voted and it will be revealed at 8 pm. Monday.

It being Carmen Harlan's hat which she will wear during Local 4's coverage of the 2012 Detroit Target Fireworks.
