Meet Your Best Friend at the Detroit Zoo: The Michigan Humane Society and the Detroit Zoological Society will be celebrating the 25th anniversary of the Meet Your Best Friend at the Zoo event, sponsored by Purina from 1pm to 7pm Friday, May 19, and 10am to 5pm on Saturday, May 20.

Detroit Touch-A-Truck: West Riverfront Park will feature some heavy-duty metal on Saturday, May 20 as the Detroit RiverFront Conservancy hosts the third annual Touch-a-Truck!
