Exposing girls to successful women in male-dominated fields

Rethinking what it means to do something "like a girl'

To find out about this program that is assisting young girls in both middle and high school to build confidence, self- esteem and expose them to successful women in male-dominated careers. 

It helps to instill the confidence they need to be who they want to be, and not who everyone sees them as, just because they are girls.

Providing these young women with a positive outlook towards life is helping strengthen their ability to make smart decisions.

This team environment is these students that there are no limitations on what you can do. The girls know that gender is only a title and they can be just as good as a man in any profession.

This program gives them the resources and opportunities within the community to succeed in a career they may not have thought about.
