86th America's Thanksgiving Parade broadcast Thursday Morning on Local 4

DETROIT – Local 4 invites you to celebrate the spirit of the season with the 86th America's Thanksgiving Parade live from Woodward Avenue.  WDIV-TV Local 4, the official television station of America's Thanksgiving Parade, brings home the excitement and grand spectacle of balloons, bands, celebrities and floats in High-Definition like no one else can. 

Hosted by Carmen Harlan, Devin Scillian, Chuck Gaidica, Guy Gordon and Rhonda Walker, Local 4's live broadcast of America's Thanksgiving Parade starts Thursday, November 22nd at 9 a.m., following a Parade Preview special at 8 a.m. and Local 4 News Morning, also broadcast live from the Parade route, beginning at 6 a.m.

Wake up Thanksgiving morning, Thursday, November 22nd, with Local 4 News Morning‘s live coverage from all along the Parade route starting at 6 a.m.  Guy Gordon, Rhonda Walker, Paula Tutman and Ashlee Baracy give you a sneak peek behind the scenes live from Woodward Avenue, with latest Parade weather forecasts from meteorologist Andrew Humphrey and up-to-the-minute traffic and parking updates to avoid delays and road closures for those headed downtown.  A live Local 4 News Parade Preview special follows from 8 a.m. until 9 a.m.

 

Local 4's live broadcast of America's Thanksgiving Parade starts at 9 a.m., with hosts Carmen Harlan, Devin Scillian, Chuck Gaidica, Guy Gordon and Rhonda Walker.  Featured performances include R&B recording artist KEM, young country sensation Annabelle Road, Karen Newman with the local classic "Christmas Eve on Woodward Avenue" and the Mid-American Pom Pon All Stars.  Special celebrities appearing in America's Thanksgiving Parade include Grand Marshals Congressman John Dingell and Debbie Dingell, Grammy award winning singer/songwriter Ashanti, Jason Earles of the Disney Channel, Dave Hester of A&E's Storage Wars, and several Olympic champions from the 2012 USA team including swimmers Allison Schmitt and Peter Vanderkaay.
