Warren Cousino High School Patriot Marching Band

There's a joyful Christmas greeting marching down Woodward Avenue compliments of Warren Cousino High School's Patriot Marching Band.

Substitute director, Richard L. Case, is leading the band of 148 students. The Warren Cousino Marching Band has appeared in America's Thanksgiving Parade five times.

The Patriot marching band has consistently earned first division ratings at MSBOA marching band festivals since 1998.

The band just returned from Washington, D.C. where they performed in the annual "National Memorial Day" Parade- they were nominated by the Honorable James R. Fouts, Mayor of the City of Warren, and accepted by Musical Celebrations International to particpate in the event.

The Marching Band performed for the first time in Walt Disney World Magic Kingdom's "Electrical Light Pre-Parade" in March 2011. The Jazz Band will be performing at the Detroit Jazz Festival over Labor Day weekend for the 3rd consecutive year.
