The Skillman branch of the Detroit Public Library located in downtown Detroit, was the place Tuesday morning where Packard owner Fernando Palazuelo met with the fourth and fifth grade class at City School in Grand Blanc to share his vision of renovating the infamous Packard Plant. The students expressed much interest in preserving historic buildings, so after many calls and emails they were able to reach Palazuelo who was eager to speak with them despite meetings and preparing for a short trip back to Peru.
