SOUNDGARDEN & NINE INCH NAILS

TWO OF THE BIGGEST GRUNGE AND INDUSTRIAL BANDS ROCK DTE

Famous industrial rock band Nine Inch Nails comes back to Detroit, but this time they teamed up with fellow grunge rockers Soundgarden. Chris Cornell frontman for Soundgarden is no stranger to Detroit, as he hit the stage and said that he knows they are not exactly in Detroit but he was going to call it that anyway. Cornell also dedicated "Day I Tried To Live" to all the Detroiters who had their water shut off recently. Soundgarden had an amazing show and Chris Cornell's voice is still wonderfully ear shattering just like it has been since the early 90's.

As far as Nine Inch Nails goes, they again had a mind blowing, high energy, pulsing performance. It all started with a single mic stand on stage and without any notice what so ever with all the lights on still, Trent Reznor walks out on stage and instantly starts "Copy Of A" the hit song off the album Hesitation Marks. Trent Reznor is a mastermind when it comes to amazing stage sets, and he himself now 49 does not let up and goes full speed on stage. Check out the pics from the show, and next time either band is in town dont miss out.
