Cabela's, Quicken Loans Among 'Service Champions'

J.D. Power and Associates announced Thursday the results of its "Achieving Excellence in Customer Satisfaction" report.

Michigan-based Quicken Loans and Cabela's are among the listed brands named 2011 "Customer Service Champions."

J.D. Power said the report is based on customer feedback from customer service experiences.

Brands that receive this customer service award are part of the top 5 percent of more than 800 evaluated brands, J.D. Power said.

The brands are evaluated on their performance in five key areas, identified as the J.D. Power "5 Ps," including people, presentation, price, product and process.

J.D. Power said the following brands not only excel within their respective industries, but also stand out when evaluated across multiple industries.
