AT&T customers can apply for 'cramming' refund

Customers now can start applying for refunds from AT&T for cellphone "cramming."

The Federal Trade Commission has pursued seven cases of cramming since 2013. In October, the FTC won a $105 million settlement from AT&T Mobility, a subsidiary of telecom giant AT&T.
