Ford shows off latest vehicles at 2013 NAIAS
Ford showed off its latest versions of the Transit and Transit Connect Tuesday at the 2013 North American International Auto Show at Cobo Center in Detroit.
The reveal included a short video exploring the versatility of the van/wagon. From a group aiding the victims of Hurricane Sandy to drivers for Canada’s postal service, the Ford Transit Connect Wagon serves as a practical, fuel-efficient and durable vehicle which has become the most important tool for many across the globe, Ford says.
Ford made it clear Tuesday that the full-sized Transit is a vital part of its vehicle lineup and will be expanded upon with several new versions including bigger engines, more body styles and even a chassis cab for ambulance company’s and trucking.
