Detroit Auto Show Charity Preview makes history

DETROIT – Detroiters opened their hearts and wallets during Charity Preview at the 2015 North American International Auto Show surpassing the $100 million mark in total funds raised for children's charities since the Detroit Auto Show was established in 1976.  

The single-night fundraiser brought a reported 13,350 people according to NAIAS including industry players and community members, together raising $5.3 million dollars for nine children's charities in Southeastern Michigan.

Beneficiaries of the Charity Preview include:  Boys & Girls Clubs of Southeastern Michigan, Boys Hope Girls Hope of Detroit, The Children's Center, Judson Center, The Detroit Institute for Children, Think Detroit PAL, March of Dimes, Children's Hospital of Michigan Foundation, and the DADA Charitable Foundation Fund.
