Thousands of parents with small children need to stop using their baby cribs. Oeuf is recalling its Sparrow Crib due to an entrapment hazard.

The slats and top rail can detach from the crib and possibly entrap a child who is in the crib. Currently no injuries have been reported.

Four Sparrow Crib models are being recalled. They were sold between July 2007 and January 2014 and came in the colors white, birch, gray and walnut. About 14,000 units have been recalled. Model numbers include 1SPCR, 2SPCR, 4SPCR, and 5SPCR.

The model number is located on the warning label attached to the crib's mattress support along with the manufacturer date, which can be found in the MM-YYYY format.

The cribs were sold at independent juvenile specialty stores nationwide and online.

If you have this crib or know someone who does, discontinue use right away and contact Oeuf for a free repair kit.
