The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission says the product fails to meet the federal safety standards, including requirements for stability, and can tip over while a baby is in it, posing a drowning hazard.

These bath seats and chairs were sold online at Amazon.com, Unbeatablesale.com, Wayfair.com and YoungExplorers.com from January 2013 through last August.
