Restoration Hardware is recalling its metal top dining tables because the tables present a risk of lead exposure to children.
Anyone with one of the tables should cover the table and place it out of the reach of children. Consumers can call Restoration Hardware to get a free replacement table or a full refund.

About 2,700 railroad tie and parsons railroad tie dining tables are affected by the recall. The recalled tables are round or rectangular with thin sheets of zinc and dark gray metal tops.

Restoration Hardware said it has received reports of elevated blood lead levels in four children in two homes with a metal top dining table. One incident involving two children was in Cranston, Rhode Island, and another involved two children in Beverly Hills, California.
The recalled tables were sold nationwide and online from March 2012 through December 2016 for prices between $750 and $2,600.
