Some salads, sandwiches sold at Meijer recalled over salmonella concerns

DETROIT – Prime Foods, LLC, a supplier for an ingredient used within select Markets of Meijer salads and sandwiches, is recalling several products over a concern for potential Salmonella contamination. 

In a statement, Meijer said there have been no known illnesses reported. 

The affected products were sold in Meijer stores from 7/20/16 to 7/25/16.

What you should do if you have an affected product?

Consumers who have purchased this product should discontinue use and return the product to the nearest Meijer store for a full refund.
