Walmart recalling card tables after 10 reported injuries

Consumers have lost parts of fingers when chairs suddenly collapse

Who would ever think a set of card table and chairs could be so dangerous?

Walmart has launched a recall because the chairs can suddenly collapse, posing the risk of a painful fall or someone could get their fingers stuck in the collapsing chair.

There are ten reports of injuries, including the amputation of a finger, and the loss of three fingertips.

The table sets were sold exclusively at Walmart. Customers are urged to stop using the table and chairs immediately.

You should return the product to the store for a full refund. 

The sets were sold under the name "Mainstays" at Walmart stores nationwide and online at www.walmart.com from May 2013 through November 2013 for about $50.
