Being a weathercaster is a challenge. Reynolds Wolf says that that's part of the fun. The best part about being a weathercaster in Detroit, he says, is that "no two days are alike."
Wolf joined WDIV in March 1999 and before that was the morning weather anchor for three years at KXAN-TV in Austin, Texas. He's been a morning weather anchor at KSBY-TV in San Luis Obispo, Calif., and began his weather career at WISU-TV in Anniston, Ala.
Although weather is his hobby as well as his job, Wolf has a few other interests as well.

- He skydives, bungee jumps, snorkels, dives, runs and does yoga.
- He collects Beanie Babies.
- He watches college football, "especially Auburn University."
Wolf attended Jacksonville State University and Mississippi State University. He's an associate member of the American Meteorological Society and National Weather Association. He has a daughter, Justyn Leigh Wolf.
