Police Seek Warrant Requests For Suspects

Police are investigating after about $40,000 worth of damage was done to the Rattle Run Golf Course in St. Clair.
The damage was done to the course located on St. Clair Highway on Friday night and into early Saturday morning, according to Michigan State Police.
Police said that damage was done to 17 golf carts -- eight were driven into ponds at the course and three are still missing. Damage was also reportedly done to two of the greens complexes, two tee boxes, and one fairway.
The suspects drove through the course doing "power slides" on the fairways and greens, according to police. They used golf carts as bumper cars and rammed into each other and other objects on the property, police said. The fenced-in area near the clubhouse was reportedly tore down and broken into pieces.
Police said that they have solid suspects and warrant requests are being sought through the St. Clair County prosecutor's office.
