"Batman Begins" explores the origins of the Batman legend and the Dark Knight's emergence as a force for good in the city of Gotham.

In the wake of his parents' murder, disillusioned industrial heir Bruce Wayne (Christian Bale) travels the world seeking the means to fight injustice and turn fear against those who prey on the fearful.

He returns to Gotham and unveils his alter-ego, Batman: A masked crusader who uses his strength, intellect and an array of high tech deceptions to fight the sinister forces that threaten the city.

Directed by Christopher Nolan, "Batman Begins" also stars Michael Caine, Liam Neeson, Katie Holmes, Cillian Murphy, Tom Wilkinson, Rutger Hauer, Ken Watanabe and Morgan Freeman.

Rated PG-13 by the MPAA for intense action violence, disturbing images and some thematic elements, "Batman Begins" opens in theaters nationwide June 15.

In addition, the grand prize-winner will receive a "Batman Begins" video game for PS2. Co-publishers Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and Electronic Arts will launch the "Batman Begins" videogame based on the upcoming Warner Bros. Pictures' film on June 15, 2005. The stealth action game will be available on PlayStation®2 computer entertainment system, the Xbox® video game system from Microsoft, the Nintendo GameCube™ and Game Boy® Advance.

Also, the grand prize-winner will receive Time Inc. Home Entertainment's "Official Movie Guide" for "Batman Begins." The "Official Movie Guide" has over 150 stunning images from the film ... it's a must-have for every Batman fan!

Four runners-up will be selected at random to a Batmobile T-shirt; a "Batman Begins" T-shirt; a hat with a metal bat insignia; a limited collector's item "Batman Begins" paper weight; a bat-light keychain; cell phone charm; an oval metal keychain with bat cutout and a glow-in the dark tattoo.
