In case Tom Cruise has been too busy to notice what he's been missing, Fitness magazine has gladly brought it to attention.

The healthy lifestyle publication has called the physique of Cruise's ex-wife Katie Holmes one of the best celebrity bodies of the year.

Thanks to frequent Soul Cycle classes, Holmes is said to have the "best revenge body," presumably following the line of thinking that the best revenge after a breakup is to look great. The runner-up was Katy Perry, who divorced Russell Brand earlier this year.

If Holmes needed a double shot of confidence, the New York Times has taken notice of her glowing appearance as well. The Style section complimented her chic and ladylike outfit on Thursday in its "Look of the Moment" column. (We're sure daughter Suri's beaming with pride over that one.)

Cruise, Holmes settle divorce

Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes "amicably settled" their divorce just two weeks after Holmes filed for divorce.

While no details of their agreement are public, the former couple said they are "working together" in the "best interests" of their young daughter.

In the June 28 divorce filing, Holmes sought sole custody of 6-year-old Suri. Holmes and Cruise have been married for five years.

Cruise and Holmes just issued a joint statement saying, "We want to keep matters affecting our family private and express our respect for each other's commitment to each of our respective beliefs and support each other's roles as parents."
