The Hollywood premiere of "Rock of Ages" is Friday night (6/8), one week before the jukebox musical opens in wide release.

The "boy meets girl on the Sunset Strip" tale is filled with tunes from such '80s bands as Journey, Poison, Def Leppard, Pat Benatar, and many more.

Besides Cruise's aging rock star and Zeta-Jones as a moral crusader, there's Alec Baldwin and Russell Brand running a seedy club, Paul Giamatti as a sleazy manager, and Julianne Hough and Diego Boneta as the young couple trying to make it.
