DETROIT – Advance tickets for the eighth annual TEDxDetroit went on sale Friday
More than 3,000 attendees are expected Oct. 6 at the Fox Theatre to hear stories from Detroit’s entrepreneurs, educators, entertainers, scientists, technologists and artists.
“TEDxDetroit is all about inspiration! Thousands of people from all walks of life will gather to share stories, ideas and inventions that ignite creativity and challenge us to rise above the status quo,” said Janet Tyler, executive producer of TEDxDetroit and COO of Red Level Networks. “Whether you are inspired to pursue your own idea, or simply walk away with a refreshed perspective on Detroit, attendees are guaranteed a rousing once-in-a-lifetime experience.”
Technology, entertainment and design are three fields that inspire and drive innovation and attendees can expect speakers from a mix of these industries.
Admission is open to the public. Advance tickets are available here for $85.
The 2016 schedule of speakers will be announced in early September.
