"Days of Our Lives" is celebrating 50 years on the air.
The show made a stop in Detroit this week and we caught up with Bill and Susan Hayes, who play Doug and Julie Williams on the show. They have been part of the drama in Salem for nearly all of those 50 years.
The couple is promoting a new book they wrote together about all of their escapades on and off camera. It's appropriately titled "Like Sands Through The Hourglass."
