Jack White to play 2 shows in Detroit this summer

White's new album 'Lazaretto' is due out June 10

DETROITJack White is coming back to Detroit.

The Detroit native and former White Stripes star will bring his world tour to the Fox Theatre on July 28, and the Masonic Temple on July 30.

Both show times are at 8 p.m.

White will be joined by special guest Benjamin Booker. The tour will be Jack's first since his 2012 world tour.

Tickets ($35 and $49.50) go on sale Friday, April 11, at 10 a.m. and can be purchased at OlympiaEntertainment.com, the Fox Theatre and Joe Louis Arena box offices, Hockeytown Authentics in Troy (without service charge) at all Ticketmaster locations and Ticketmaster.com.

A limited number of pre-sale tickets will be available to members of Third Man's Vault at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, April 9.
Jack will officially kick off the world tour on May 29 at Cain's Ballroom in Tulsa, Okla.
