MAUMELLE, Ark. – Mr. Willie, a greeter at the Walmart in Maumelle, Arkansas has become famous for greeting customers with his famous "BAM!" and a fist bump.
His infectious smile and enthusiasm has made him an internet sensation. In fact, a recent television interview has been turned into a music video.

From 3-11 p.m. Monday, Tuesday and Thursday through Saturday, Willie stands roughly 50 feet from the sliding doors at the store, welcoming customers in his signature style.
Willie retired from his longtime job as an asphalt contractor about ten years ago. That's when he started his gig at Walmart. He doesn't see retiring again any time soon.
