DETROIT – Tiara Hall has been crowed the WDIV's 2013 Super Singer.
19-year-old Tiara is a singer and student from Detroit.
Tiara received 2 tickets to see Beyonce at the Palace July 20 and the opportunity to open for the Temptations and Four Tops at Freedom Hill Ampitheatre in Sterling Heights.
