Ford Driving Skills for Life has partnered with Strive for a Safer Drive (S4SD) a high school safe-driving initiative led by teens for teens. Participation is free and could save a life. Schools selected to participate in S4SD will receive up to $2,000 to develop and implement a student-led, peer-to peer traffic safety awareness campaign.
S4SD schools are eligible to attend a half-day, advanced driver training program. Participants will get behind the wheel of specially equipped vehicles on a closed course with professional drivers. S4SD is open to high schools in Michigan counties. To apply contact S4SD at Strive4aSaferDrive@gmail.com.
