A new report released this week shows how Michigan counties rank by health.
County Health Rankings released the report, which places Wayne County in dead last for health in the state.

The overall rankings in health outcomes represent how healthy counties are within the state.
The healthiest county in the state is ranked No. 1. The ranks are based on two types of measures: how long people live and how healthy people feel while alive.
The report also found that Michigan's smoking rate (21%) is above the national average (17%).
Michigan also has a higher STD rate, drinking rate children in single-parent households than the national average.
