A Georgia mother has come under fire for allowing her 10-year-old son to get a tattoo.
Chuntera Napier said her son, Gaquan, wanted to get the tattoo to commemorate his 12-year-old brother who had died.
The 10-year-old got his brother’s name and basketball jersey number on his right arm.
A Georgia law from 2010 states, "It shall be unlawful for any person to tattoo the body of any person under the age of 18, except a physician or osteopath."
Napier was arrested and charged with misdemeanor cruelty and being a party to a crime, according to local television station WSBTV.
What do you think? Is anyone at fault?
