BelVita Breakfast Parfait

Serves 1

Good nutrition doesn't require a lot of time in the kitchen. This delicious parfait requires only 3 ingredients!

Ingredients:

1 package BelVita Breakfast Biscuit (4 biscuits), crumbled

 

1 single serve (5.3 oz) Dannon Oikos Plain Greek Yogurt (NuVal™ Score 91)

 

½ cup fresh mixed berries or blueberries (NuVal™ Score 100)

 

Directions:

 

1)  Layer ½ of crumbled BelVita crackers, yogurt, and berries in a cup.

 

2)  Repeat layers.
