How to make crackling bread

Here are the ingredients needed to make crackling bread.

• 2 cups of corn meal

• 1 cup of flour

• 1 teaspoon of salt

• 1 teaspoon of baking soda

• 1 teaspoon of sugar

• 1 teaspoon of red pepper

• 2 cups of butter milk

• 2 eggs

• 2 cups of crackling (sold at Eastern Market)

Cook at 425 degrees for about 20 minutes.
