INGREDIENTS

Cooked couscous (optional)
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
2 large cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. lemon pepper
1/4 cup light soy sauce
2 pork tenderloins

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS
(Prep Time:5 minutes, Total Time:30 minutes)
1. In small bowl, combine peanut butter, soy sauce, garlic, brown sugar and lemon pepper.

2. Place pork tenderloins in resealable plastic bag; add peanut butter mixture. Seal to close; shake to coat meat evenly. Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight.

3. Preheat oven to 425°F. Remove pork from plastic bag; discard marinade. Place tenderloins in roasting pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Roast 25 minutes or until thermometer registers 160°F. Let roast stand 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with couscous, if desired.
