INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 cupsbaby spinach leaves
4 oz.lowfat cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp.prepared horseradish
4 oz.sliced lowfat provolone cheese
6 oz.thinly sliced deli roast beef
4whole-wheat or flour tortillas

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS
(Prep Time:10 minutes, Total Time:1 hour, 10 minutes)
1. In small mixing bowl combine cream cheese and horseradish.

2. Spread on 1 side of each tortilla. Top each with spinach leaves, roast beef and provolone cheese. Tightly roll up. Wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate 1 to 24 hours.

3. To serve, cut each tortilla into 1-inch pieces.
