It’s made by filling croissant dough with crushed Double Stuf Oreos and icing. It’s then baked with more Oreo on top.

A Canadian chef, Olivier Jansen-Reynaud, Clafouti at the Clafouti Patisserie et Cafe' is credited with creating it.
