Comedian Rosie O'Donnell's heart attack has a lot of women talking about heart disease.

According to the American Heart Association, more women die of cardiovascular disease than from all forms of cancer combined.  But many women delay seeking help when they're having a heart attack, sometimes because they don't recognize the symptoms.

The most common heart attack symptom for men and women is chest pain or discomfort.   But experts say women are also more likely than men to experience other less obvious symptoms, such as shortness of breath, nausea or vomiting and back or jaw pain.
