In addition, as part of its 10th anniversary, ANC will introduce the Chance Fund. This program will benefit all animals that come to the ER center, but whose owners simply can’t afford the critical care needed. The Chance Fund was inspired by a Labrador named Chance who came to ANC after being hit by a car. The ANC ER vets worked with a local rescue organization and were able to treat him overnight, giving him a second chance at life. Donations to the Chance Fund will be accepted at the event.
“Since 2002, we have worked closely with families and their veterinarians to provide the best care possible,” said Dr. Michael Wolf, board-certified veterinary neurologist and founder of ANC. “Our 10th anniversary open house offers the community a day of fun and learning at our center. This community has supported our business for 10 years, now we’re introducing the Chance Fund to give back to those who need assistance with pet care.”
The open house runs from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the ANC facility located at 1120 Welch Road in Commerce.
