Sweet Oreo was found outside curled up in the fetal position by a Good Samaritan. When he came to 4Paws 1Heart --an animal welfare organization -- he was skin and bones and had a fracture to his pelvis.
It's still not known what happened to this loving and gentle boy; he suffered some type of trauma or abuse out on his own.
With such a sweet disposition it is likely Oreo was once someone's pet. Sadly outdoor cats often find themselves the victims of abuse or diseases. They also face the prospect of being hit by a car or attacked by another animal.
Despite his ordeal, Oreo is the type of pet cat lovers wish for. He is calm and mellow and only wants to lie on your lap and be loved. You will never meet a bigger lover than this fella.
Oreo is on the road to recovery and he is now ready to start his life over with a family who will never let him down again.
He is around 2-years-old and is already nurtured and up to date on shots.
