Lab mix 'Bullet' found shot in neck in Washington Township

WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP, Mich. – A Labrador mix was found this past weekend shot and wounded in the neck in Washington Township.

The dog also had an injured hind leg. The people at Detroit Animal Welfare Group (DAWG) have named him Bullet.

Bullet already has undergone two surgeries and will need time to recover from his wounds.

DAWG is encouraging donations for Bullet's care and are looking for a foster home while he recovers.
