Top 4 on 4: Valentine's Day gift ideas

ST. CLAIR SHORES, Mich. – Mancuso's Florist has been open to the community for 93 years and Valentine’s Day is considered their “Super Bowl."

“It’s our busiest day of the year, we start prepping for it months in advance,” said Frank Mancuso III.

Locally, Mancuso's Florist has been awarded the Detroit Heritage Recognition award for being part of the community for over 85 years.

The original location was in Detroit, but now the family run business calls St. Clair Shores home.

Something that made them unique back then is they were one of the only florists that were open on Sundays.

“We have just about anything you need to make an impression,” said Mancuso. “Made in Michigan baskets, stuffed animals, we’ve even imported plants and flowers direct from Hawaii.”

There’s still time to order flowers online or their official app. Check out their site here: http://www.mancusos.com/

Mancuso's Valentine's Weekend Hours:

Feb. 13: 8:30 a.m. - 6 p.m.

Feb. 14: 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
