Maclaren USA is recalling about 1 million umbrella strollers, or all of the umbrella strollers made by the company since 1999. Since 1999, a dozen parents have reported tips of their children's fingers were cut off when they were caught in the collapsible hinges.The affected stroller models, both double and single, include:The Volo
