Attendance remains high for NAIAS 2013
NAIAS says public days' attendance total so far is 355,561
The North American International Auto Show says attendance continues to remain strong for this year’s auto show in Detroit.
NAIAS says total attendance for the NAIAS 2013 public days' as of Wednesday morning is 355,561. A total of 103,126 people visited the auto show on opening day Saturday, an 11.96 percent increase over opening day last year.
"First day attendance was the strongest in eight years," said Jim Seavitt, chairman, 2013 NAIAS.

Despite the cold temperatures in Detroit, NAIAS says 47,605 spectators came to the auto show on Tuesday.
More than 5,000 students are expected to arrive Wednesday for "Education Day," in which PNC Foundation and the U.S. Army will help host preschool and high school age students for a day of fun and discovery.
