Happy Shirts of Honolulu, Hawaii is recalling 9,000 Big Movers Super Car toy trucks after receiving one report of the toy truck catching on fire and three reports of the toy truck smoldering when consumers inserted the battery.

There have been no reports of injuries. The manufacturer has determined the incidents are due to faulty connections in the battery compartment.

Consumers may have received one of these Big Movers Super Car toy trucks as a free gift with purchase of a boys’ Big Movers navy blue t-shirt at Kohl’s stores across the United States or online at www.Kohls.com.

According to a release by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), consumers should take the toy truck away from their child and remove the battery. They can call toll-free (855) 354-2779 for instructions on returning the toy truck and receiving a full refund.
