Crib tents recalled due to strangulation, death

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission and five retailers are recalling play yard crib tents sold by Tots in Mind.
The tents are blamed for at least one death and a serious brain injury.
The tents can cause strangulation and entrapment hazards.
