1 dead, 1 recovering from shooting on Detroit's east side

One man is dead and another recovering after a shooting early Thursday morning on Detroit’s east side.
Police say both men were shot in the head in the 13500 block of Cedargrove around 5:30 a.m.
One was pronounced dead at the scene, another was found in a home and rushed to the hospital.
Detectives say they have little to go on.
