WARREN, Mich. – People who live in the neighborhood near Paige Avenue and MacArthur Boulevard said teens have been fighting repeatedly in the street.Â
They said lately those fist fights have ended with gunfire.Â

"It was just guys and they were just fighting each other down there," said Lisa Chapman, who is fed up with the fighting and gunfire.Â
Warren police were called to the neighborhood on Saturday for shots fired. Two shell casings were found, but no one was injured.Â
Then, on Monday sources said two males rolled up and started shooting. Keneth Cutts, 17, was hit in the neck and taken to St. John Hospital.Â

"Stop doing this stuff. This black-on-black (violence), it don't make sense," said Chapman.
Chapman, a grandmother, is convinced it's time for her to move due to the repeated violence.
"I'm scared. When (grandchildren) come over and visit I am scared to let them go outside and play. We just stay in the house because of this bull crap that goes on," she said.Â
Teen dies in hospital
Cutts died from his injuries about 12:30 a.m. Tuesday, Warren police said.Â

Two people in custody
One person was taken into custody Monday night and a second suspect was taken into custody Tuesday morning.Â
